Staff Accountant

Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and assisting with monthly and year-end closings. Supports senior accountants and ensures day-to-day financial operations run smoothly.

Tax Associate / Preparer

We need a Certified Public Accountant or tax preparer for our fast paced, growing accounting firm with a pleasant working environment. More than 2 years public accounting experience is a big plus.

Our firm handles a variety of small to medium sized businesses, helping them with diversified services like consulting and QuickBooks installation and training in addition to accounting and taxes.

Audit Associate

Performs financial audits for clients across various industries. Evaluates financial documents, internal processes, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. Works closely with clients to understand business operations and risk areas.

Senior Accountant

Leads accounting engagements and oversees staff accountants. Reviews financial statements and tax filings, provides advisory support to clients, and ensures all work meets high professional standards. Plays a key role in training staff and maintaining client relationships.

Client Services / Office Manager

Manages the administrative flow of the office, including client communications, scheduling, document management, and billing coordination. Serves as the first point of contact for clients, helping maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
